Restricting Template Access and Page Creation Access
Contros allows you to restrict access to templates and also ability to create a page.
In the User Setup Area, you can:
- Check mark "Can't Create New Pages" and this prevents the "copy" and "add new page" links from appearing when logged in.
- Do not check - "Allow to See Templates" and this prevents the Template section from appearing in the Page Management Area.
When you go to the Template area within the Page Management area, you will see a Scope link. You can determine if the template is shown only within the existing department or is a Global Template that is seen through all departments.
