Page Management-Standard Contact Form
Every company or organization’s website needs an area where the people browsing their site can send in almost immediate feedback. Whether it be a simple question that came to mind while perusing the site, an interest in contacting a representative concerning a business or job opportunity, Contros makes it simple to create a standard contact form. |

Step 1: Select Add Contact Form from tool bar.
Step 2: Click on Add New Contact Form Step 3: Enter a Name for the form, and Company Name . Step 4: Select if you would like background to be Transparent, Back Color, Font Color, Font Size and Font Type. Then enter an Email Address and also Email Subject. When a form is submitted an email with the form information will be sent to this address. Step 5: Enter an Auto Response, this message will be sent to the person who filled out the form. Then enter a Thank You Message, this message will be displayed on the screen when form is submitted. Step 6: Uses Inquires—checking this box will add the Inquiry Type box to the form. Enter Inquiry Text then click Add Inquiry button, this will add the inquiry to the inquiry list. |
