We are honored and pleased to announce to the Board of Directors, Foundation Committee, and all volunteers that today we received our Exemption Approval Letter from the IRS!

This is truly a blessing considering the 501 (c) (3) application was signed and mailed on October 2nd, 2007. In only 3 weeks time our application was reviewed and approved! The effective date of exemption is listed as April 17, 2007 which is the date of our Certificate of Incorporation as a Missouri Nonprofit Corporation. Special recognition and much appreciation are given to Amanda Schmelzer and Daniel Stengel for their time and knowledge in accomplishing this great task.
