After months and months of preparation President Holly Adams, and Treasurer Daniel Stengel, met October 2nd, 2007 at Commerce Bank for the signing of the Application for Recognition of Exemption under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Following the signing the application was sent to the Internal Revenue Service with a request to expedite the application. Special recognition and much appreciation are given to Amanda Schmelzer and Daniel Stengel for their time and knowledge in accomplishing this great task.

We are registered with the Missouri Secretary of State, recognized as a Not-For-Profit corporation. The IRS has confirmed that any donation made to the H.O.P.E. 4-You Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. will be given the charitable deduction on your tax return, even though they have yet to make an official ruling.
