Pets make life better™, and great Pet Counselors make life with pets better. Our Pet Counselors are the back bone of our company. Petland Pet Counselors are dedicated to matching the right pets to the right people and meeting the needs of both.
For our customers that already have pets, Pet Counselors are dedicated to enhancing the animal human bond through education and experience. Pet Counselors go through extensive training relative to pets, their care, maintenance, training, nutritional, environmental and behavioral needs. While our hands on training and shadowing of top performing Pet Counselors provides a tremendous base of knowledge and experience to our in-training Pet Counselors there is still the need for at home study.
Our most successful Pet Counselors love pets and truly enjoy helping our customers and their pets. Sure, it is hard work and you have to learn a lot ... but it can be a ton of fun and very rewarding.
It is required that you be able to work most weekends.
